As I said in my previous review, we were kept informed of approx delivery time and how many people were in front of us. I received a phone call 5 mins before they arrived to confirm that information. Dai and Rob (BDV37) were very careful in the way they a) removed the old cooker and b) bought in the new one. All packaging was removed and taken away. We were very happy with the service they provided.
