I just received a furniture delivery from The Cotswold Company through AO and the service was outstanding to say the least. My husband and I are both over 60 and unable to move heavy items which we need not worry about as Kieran and Kristen were happy to set the room up to our taste and they also suggested ideas as to how we could set up the room which we used. I have never known delivery drivers so helpful and polite this early in the morning as the delivery was before 9am. I was also contacted and informed when they were 20 minutes away. I would like to say a vert heartfelt Thank You to both Kieran and Kristen.
