We bought a Bosch washing machine through the Boots Appliances branded website (same as AO but with delivery priced separately). Good price, easy to use online ordering, quick delivery with varying prices according to day chosen. The courier tracing system is very good, telling you how many deliveries have to be made before you and the timing adjusts to show the crew's progress. The delivery crew (YA65) were on time, keeping us informed of when they were near. They were very efficient in taking the old machine and dropping the new one (unpacked) in just the right place. Well done all round.
