Excellent service from AO - received a text message the day before delivery to say the item would be delivered the following day within a 3 hour window slot, received a text on the day of delivery confirming which times the item would be delivered between, received a phone call approximately 20 minutes before delivery to say the item would be delivered shortly, fabulous service from HEYV 22 ALAN
