The delivery team were extremely polite and helpful in delivering my Hover chest freezer, my house is not the easiest to find or access as it's situated down a narrow private lane, but the team kept me up to date of there destination and also rang just before arriving, and then were more than happy to carry the item into an outbuilding for me many thanks to them.
