I had a problem with a fridge's seal splittign within warranty and the manufacturer did not want to repair for free. AO refunded me the cost of a new seal, and I was happy. Although it is not their fault, they tried their best and made sure i was a happy customer. i will be using you again, Thanks.
As for Hisense, I WILL NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN! Stupid cheap quality product.
