The ordering system is easy. They update you on your delivery time to help you arrange your day. The 2 men who delivered were lovely. I have just had a womans operation and I cant do any lifting. I explained that and he lifted it up the step and asked where was best place to put my new vacumn. Proper gentleman. Thank you. X
