The order process was really easy. Followed by a phone call to explain what would happen and tips on how to unpack so as not to damage our tv. Our delivery crew were excellent (crew no. HEY64). Kept us informed with a text then a call. Spot on with timing. Brought item into house exactly where we wanted it.
