This is the first time I have used AO and I found their service in all areas to be competent and efficient.. Customer service was helpful and pleasant AND i didnt have to wait in a queue for an hour. The delivery was also very efficient. As advised I had a text to give me a delivery slot. I was told when they would arrive in 10 minutes
They then had the machine installed in a short time, again working efficiently and were polite and helpful.
