Very poor pre sales customer service on the phone regarding an under counter fridge and freezer I had earmarked to buy. Given two radically different accounts about ordering goods, charges involved and the service I would be receiving. After choosing what I wanted to buy and being on the point of ordering, I have had to go elsewhere. Nice to know you can afford to turn customers away but please remember, ao.com, business might not always be so brisk.
