My Hoover Fridge freezer was delivered by ao. I was kept well informed of the delivery time and received a call about 15 minutes before delivery. It was delivered promptly. The two delivery operatives were called Chris and Kiril. Their crew number is HEYV500R. They were courteous and friendly and Chris advised me to let the appliance rest for 3 hours to allow the gas to settle.
