Ordered a vacuum but within a couple of weeks it broke, the manufacturer said it wasn't suitable for my carpet, so told AO this, but there wasn't another vacuum for the price I had paid so AO covered the price difference for a more expensive vacuum. I was amazed as you wouldn't get many companies offering to do this. Very thankful to them as there was no way I could afford to pay more than the original price I paid
