I work for AO.com and I would never buy from them. I purchased an appliance the first week I worked for them and it looked like it had been thrown off the loading bay when it arrived. added to this it turned up late. We get a discounted staff list each week or 10% on website, but I would rather pay full price from another supplier.
A colleague of mine recently bought a TV, I asked them if it was off us and she laughed and said NO! I went to Currys. Stock is roughly treated here.
