Yesterday I was told next day delivery. Today I had a message saying delivery would be before 9am. Had a nice phone message from Crew no.YAV 98 when they were 10 mins away. Two very polite and efficient young men put the dryer in situ and job done. It is so nice to come across such polite, pleasant, and efficient young men these days. Well done and thank you.
