i bought this cooker brand new ao in august 2019 and in october 2019 grill stopped working called ao they said call amica
called amica they said they ordered the part still received 2weeks ago 1 feb 2020 called amica they said engineer will fix it still no engineer they said you haven’t called know it’s 15/02/2020 still cooker not fixed lesson learned never buy from these con people
