AO delivery driver who delivered my dishwasher was really rude when I told him I had organised for my old machine to go back. He said argued and turned his back and walked off, a disgrace. THEN when I used my new machine for first time it would not operate on any cycle total rubbish from Indesit . Called them right away within 24hrs they tried to pass me over to hotpoint to arrange a engineer to come out?? They clearly do not a understand my rights to reject the goods for a refund. Had to argue again with the staff to get the old one returned, so a extra day to wait for collection of the old machine then another wasted day for collection of the return faulty one. Absolute disgraceful company no offers of a goodwill gesture or anything. DO NOT USE AO. COM AND DO NOT BELIEVE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS GOOGLE THEM ITS ALL A SHAM
