Crew number LUV 44. On a warm afternoon, they hauled my new washing machine up four flights of stairs - argh! - and the old one down four flights of stairs (ARGH!). They were on time, polite, helpful and, when I apologised for the stairs, they said it wasn't my fault! Excellent, thanks guys.
