Ash and Adam (crew number SPV6OOV) were excellent. Originally they gave me a three hour delivery window that was soon reduced to an hour and rang me 10 minutes before arrival to say they were nearby and asked me where I wanted my very heavy item (82kgs) left. As requested they left it in the garage. Polite an efficient they were excellent!
