During the COVID-19 pandemic my washing machine decided to give up. Looking for a washer I immediately went to AO.COM as I have had products from them previously. I was not disappointed.....in a time where delivery slots have been few and far between, AO guaranteed my delivery within 48 hours. On the morning of delivery I got a text with an estimated delivery time. 25 mins before delivery I got a lovely telephone from the delivery drivers to tell me they were on their way. What a lovely and friendly crew they were (HeyV200 - Stephen and Claire). They were very help, courteous and considerate throughout keeping to the 2 meters social distancing. I would definitely use AO.COM in the future if this is the service you get. 🙂
