You delivery drivers made up very happy, so polite and helpful. The 5 stars are for them. HEYV181. 2 GREAT GUYS. AO, not getting 5 stars from me. Delivered a washer 22/7/20. We plumbed it in, no problems there. Our lass put it on to wash and we had soap and water leaking all over the kitchen floor. Emailed them, still no answer. Requested return, still no answer. 1 star for customer service at AO
