I needed a washer as mine had just given up on me. There was plenty to choose from and when I had chosen one I could pick a delivery date that was convenient for me. On the day of delivery I was notified of a time slot and the delivery lads rang when near . The two lads that delivered ( crew number HEYV68 ) were polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone to try AO.
