I have purchased another item from ao.com today via phone & email with TONI NUGENT. She is the most helpful & knowledgeable assistant I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out for me. She even organised a past discount that I had been promised & even when I had changed my mind due to worrying about data protection issues & wanted to change the way I paid with my credit card, she was very reassuring & accommodated my every need. In this Covid 19 age of I.T FRAUD that we live in there are still Brilliant Assistants out there (TONY NUGENT) who understand your concerns & make you feel like a very valued customer no matter how MUCH or how LITTLE you spend at ao.com.
