John & Dean uodated me via email with delivery instructions, they arrived promptly with my machine. On time and very helpful, machine was delivered into my front room as requested. Masks were worn by both men.
This order was via John Lewis but AO delivered the washing machine. I used John Lewis for better 5 year guarantee.
