Just to clarify my second delivery was to pick up damaged TV and bring a replacement. I didn't know the TV was broken initially until plugged in. The box was undamaged but AO sorted it promptly and replaced within 2 days. Telephone staff very helpful then driver. Great service AO, thanks.
