E-mail and text communications prior to delivery were timely with concise information. On the day of delivery an e-mail advised delivery would be between 7 and 11am. Received a phone call at 07.32 to say team number HEYV181 would deliver between 08.00 and 08.45. They delivered at 08.10. They were polite and courteous.
