After purchasing our calor gas heater I went to purchase a blue gas cylinder, which I was told by 2 retail outlets they could not sell me. I called calor who told me they were not selling items to new customers, I explained I had purchased one and they told me I shouldn't of been able to, gas cylinder were for current customer only due to a shortage of steel. luckily for us our inlaws had an old gas cylinder so we've manged to get it working. I called customer care who told me to email and send a complaint, I've still yet to hear back.
