“I was sent a faulty burner ring, gave evidence including photos. The Calor agent arranged to have it collected. A week later, I was notified that I would only be partially refunded as there was no fault found. Further communication was ignored. Terrible customer service and after sales attitude. Take your business elsewhere folks”
Thank you for your feedback, Mark. It is very important to us. We can see that you reported that the burner you received was stuck and would not move. We arranged a collection and it was inspected on return into our warehouse. The burner must be maneuvered a specific way, ensuring that the lugs are lined up for safety purposes. The burner ring came apart easily when the lugs were lined up, which showed that the product was not faulty. Our website states that if a product is brought back for testing and no fault is found, then the collection charge is deducted from the refund.
“I ordered my new calor gas heater over the bank holiday weekend, the notification from the order said it wouldn't be delt with until the following Tuesday, I received the order on the Wednesday.
Excellent service, the new gas heater works perfectly, heating the awning for our caravan.”

“What an awesome product once lit just walk away n everything is taken care of. Greenhouse is kept at a constant temperature. The only down side is a supply issue as I didn’t have a cylinder most places wouldn’t supply one even ones in the country Calor website. A wee trip to the Glasgow office and the guy working on a bank holiday happily sorted everything out. I know where I’ll be going to get a refill.”

“The Tomahaw bbq was just as described and arrived earlier than expected. The only thing I have noted is that the side burner table is not level which is a bit annoying but I expect it will still. Function ok so I’m giving 4stars if side burner was level it would be 5.”

“Quick delivery and seems to be a good little water heater, the major problem was that when the gas fitter came to fit the water heater there were no fittings with it and the heater it was replacing was an old Morco one where the installation was completely different. Luckily he had some Morco fittings from a previous job, the pipes were in a totally different place and had to use extra piping and bend it to fit. There was no where in the description for the water heater that said that the fittings were not supplied.”

The specification tab on the website advertises the gas and water connections on the heater as 1/2" BSP. This advises customers that they will need 1/2" connections to connect the water and gas supply. We always advise checking the specification before ordering a gas appliance.
