“Pretty good heater for background heating, once you get used to getting it turned on! Follow the instructions and you'll have no problems. Ive tried it with 15kg and 7kg calor cag bottles and it works well.”

“Deciding and choosing the right heater for us was easy and delivery was fast. The heater was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. It runs very efficiently. Would use again.
Only quibble would be the igniter battery has a very fine clear wrapping that doesnt allow the terminal to make a connection and so initially we thought we had a faulty unit. Half an hour later we realised all we had to do was remove the hidden plastic wrapping around the battery. Now works perfectly.”

Your order is over the 30kg weight limit for standard couriers, so it is delivered on a pallet with the Pallex courier company.
All pallet deliveries are booked in deliveries. The courier contacts the customer directly to arrange it.

The courier has informed us that the delivery was booked for 09/01/2026, but they were unable to deliver because of the snow.
They have tried to contact you to rebook the delivery, but you are not answering their calls.
Please contact the courier directly. Pallet consignments cannot be delivered until they are booked in with the customer.

“I humans chased has delivery for elderly venerable parents to be told it’s coming every day since last Monday actually tracked and requested a delivery since 28/12 to no avail. The tracking system is automated to give times as I e had six updates and this is being made aware the delivery was not achievable . My parents now have no pressure in tank so are without hot water and heating at the coldest time . Really unprofessional . I hope and pray that it arrives . The stress and anxiety caused is not needed when you can read and mange a tank to action deliveries”
