“It does the job, it is difficult to apply the hose and attachment, and the knob for switching on the gas or changing heat is very small so difficult to apply, especially when you have arthiritis but does the job when on.”

Our customer service advisor offered two options. We could collect the heater and replace the regulator for you or send a new regulator for you to change it.
Changing a regulator is a very simple task completed by the end-user when a regulators lifespan has expired or develops a fault.
You informed our customer service advisor that you would prefer the replacement regulator. Your son-in-law would change it for you.
The replacement regulator was sent the very next day.

“We ordered this heater after reading the reviews, and needed a heater with thermostat.
Heater came quick, put gas bottle on and tried to light it, it did not even light! Had to use an external igniter and even then it struggled to light. It seems like the gas pressure to the pilot is too high as the flame when it does light keeps blowing off the pilot nozzle.
When it does light it is very affective even that’s main flame is noisy.
Would I recommend it? No I wouldn’t.”

“The heater seems to work well. However, I was vacuuming today and accidentally pulled the heater by the top rear corner and instantly cut my finger! Both rear corners edges are extremley sharp! As coming from a sheet metal and frabrication background, I was not impressed at all. First thing we were taught was safety and to deburr all sharp rough edges and spot welds so as not cause injury to myself and others!
Poor workmanship! Otherwise you would've received 5 stars. I would only buy again if theses issues are resolved!”

“The greenhouse heater is exactly what we wanted though not in use yet.Delivery was another matter because as usual DPD couldn't be bothered and we had to make a 5 mile round trip to get the parcel .We will need another heater but will find a supplier with a different courier.”

“01) My comments re delivery appear to have been lost in cyberspace once I paid, as such the pallet was left outside my door as opposed to being lifted up one step into my house. It then cost me £25 to have the fire it lifted at short notice into the house by others.
02) I expected to get the "standard" coals with the fire but it came with logs. When I asked for the logs to be replaced with coals they said that they did not supply them anymore!
03) The fire itself, other than the logs, seems fine.
04) Sam was very helpful and polite.”

Our website states the following regarding pallet deliveries "All large item deliveries are 'kerb side' only which means the driver will NOT be able to take items into your delivery address. The receiver must arrange for larger items to be taken from the driver - heavy items will need 2 persons. Please note that the driver will not take the pallet back". The product specification also states "This is the 2023 model with Thermostatic Control and comes with a log set instead of coals". Unfortunately, we do not sell or keep spare coal sets.

We can see that you reported this to us on 14th March at 16.28 and our Customer Service Team responded back to you the following day, 15th March at 12.30. You replied back on Saturday, 16th March. As we are closed over the weekend and were also closed on Monday 18th March for St Patrick's Day (an information banner was on the website to inform customers) a reply was sent to you when we reopened on Tuesday 19th March at 10.04 to arrange a collection. We can see that a collection has since been arranged and a replacement heater has been sent. We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused.

“Bought a rubber gas pipe which was fine. Also bought a regulator which was poorly manufactured. The nut on the 8mm pipe side was too long. When screwed down it stopped before the olive could be compressed. Tried with varying size olives and the nut would not compress it. Has to grind it shorter in order for it to work. Poorly manufactured product.
Bought from Calor as I believed it would be higher quality than another no name brand. Apparently not...”
