01) My comments re delivery appear to have been lost in cyberspace once I paid, as such the pallet was left outside my door as opposed to being lifted up one step into my house. It then cost me £25 to have the fire it lifted at short notice into the house by others.
02) I expected to get the "standard" coals with the fire but it came with logs. When I asked for the logs to be replaced with coals they said that they did not supply them anymore!
03) The fire itself, other than the logs, seems fine.
04) Sam was very helpful and polite.
