Simple ordering process . Quick delivery , and very happy you use DPD . Good communication. Only minor gripe is as a Calor employee and ordering through my workplace that there isn't any staff discount.

My Blue Belle free-standing heater arrived as detailed. I wanted modern with a cover over the gas cylinder which this model supplies. The blue flame gives an added air of the modern when lit. I did find the instruction book difficult to read as some of the pages were stapled in upside down, so instructions lacked continuity and flow. My biggest issue has been not being able to find a way to turn it off once lit, apart that is, from opening the back and turning off the gas. There might be a way hidden in the instruction book, if there is I haven't found it. The heater is heavy so moving it to turn off is a nuisance. That aside it seems reasonable value for money as it blends in well with general furnishings and has good heat control.

The product turned up in Good condition, only issue was that calor failed to mention there was NO new gas contracts, PRODUCT UNTESTED

The staff at Calor were very helpful, it was the companies employ of DPD. The DPD part of the service was shoddy, with no informatrion given and cancellations of delivery, not 1 but 6 times. I think due to the lack of information that Calor gets from DPD they need to seek a more integrated partner for deliveries.

The Calor appliance is good however trying to get Calor gas bottles to go in it is a joke so have now had to switch to Flogas.

Gas heater good shame you cannot get calor gas cylinder unless you already have one!! Shame on calor for not telling you before you purchase a product. Thankfully we were able to get flogas cylinder.

Product delivered quickly,and looks lovely.Unfortunately not able to use it as I cannot find anyone to deliver a gas bottle in my area.

I haven’t used this in anger yet, but it was revived in good condition and was easy to complete the assembly. When given a short test it ignited no problem.

The appliance is low pressure. The gas is not coming out with high pressure. Regulator is not compatible with gas bottle.

There are some of the larger products which have trade discount for gas engineers, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information. Many of the gas fittings do have price breaks which are stated on the website.

Valor butane gas heater. Product very good, well designed. It is a great shame at the time of purchase no mention was made that no new contracts for gas bottles were being issued.

I can't write a proper review because I haven't used the burner much yet. I however was not impressed up to now with the two outer gas controllers, which individually control only one side of the outer rings of the burner, ie. left or right. The manual is produced in China and is not very good in its description of heat control. I would have liked to use the burner for a round bottom wok, but the pan support does not allow this. Is this option available in China? The price is very reasonable if the burner turns out OK. I need to feedback at a later date when I have gotten used to the appliance.

Unfortunately, we can not comment on what extra items are available other than what we currently stock. We do have other models of burners that have the option of the pan or wok top.

Not sure how I can rate it. It's a gas fire but it seems impossible to get hold of gas for it. Every dealer I go to want me to hand in an empty bottle before I can get a new one which seems like putting the horse before the cart. How do I get an empty bottle if I don't have a full bottle to empty first? Complete lunacy.

This heater does not switch off fully when the switch is turned to zero. Hamiltons say it is a safety measure so gas bottle is turned off. Nowhere in any paper work does it explain this (new safety measure). I even looked at several other sellers and none described the heater did not switch off fully. So in my opinion item is not as described. I asked for a replacement but was told there would be no point as the replacement would switch off the same. I can not confirm this due to not receiving a replacement and no written description.

I can see from our records that you were dealing with our Customer Service Team who confirmed that that as per new gas laws all the portable gas heaters that we sell have to be switched of at the bottle to turn them off completely.

Received item on thursday, used item that weekend had a fault, emailed 9 days ago to inform of fault, not yet clear on what is being done about it. Very slow customer service

Sent me the wrong item. Ordered a BBQ/Chef Pan combo but got a BBQ/Plancha. Refunded me £20 but for me to buy a chef pan is now going to cost £40+. So not great really.
