Quick delivery and seems to be a good little water heater, the major problem was that when the gas fitter came to fit the water heater there were no fittings with it and the heater it was replacing was an old Morco one where the installation was completely different. Luckily he had some Morco fittings from a previous job, the pipes were in a totally different place and had to use extra piping and bend it to fit. There was no where in the description for the water heater that said that the fittings were not supplied.
