I had concerns about the fire, as there is quite a lot of orange flames mingled in with the blue. Contacted customer services to enquire if it was safe, and l included photo's. Customer services sent the photo's to the manufactures who confirmed it was safe to use.
Overall l am now happy with the fire, looks good, good customer service.
