The service was fine in that what I ordered came quickly. What is not fine is that I needed to purchase a longer gas pipe to connect a 7Kg cylinder to my motorhome because Calor has stopped retailing the 3.9Kg bottles with absolutely no provision and my locker doesn't have room for the larger bottle. Nor am I happy that the longest pipe available, 30", is not long enough, meaning that I have to stand the larger bottle on a platform to prevent it pulling on the internal copper piping. Why was no consideration given for loyal Calor customers - I have been buying gas from Calor for over 20 years - to enable them to transition to another supplier? I am also frustrated that I am unable to talk to anyone from Calor about this problem. I was simply told that Calor does not deal directly with the public. What did Calor think was going to happen? or do the directors not care about anyone other than larger customers?
