The appliance arrived damaged and had been removed from box before, customer services were helpful but there was no gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused to me. Item replaced but added time to my job and then the new item turned up missing parts. Again, customer services were good and the parts are now on route but the inconvenience was not considered.
