The heater is fine and does the job of heating my husband's shed for him but the product could do with better instructions, especially on how to turn off safetly. I looked on Youtube videos and there was plenty of information but not for that model. I phoned instead and the advisor was very helpful. Model was a Super Heat 4.2kW Radiant Portable Gas Heater.
