I was a bit disappointed that I was told delivery would be on a Thursday, then Wednesday, and then on the Wednesday some bloke phoned and said the pallet was at the depot, and that the earliest they could get to me was Friday, but that I could collect it if I wanted, which I did because I didn’t want to be messed around any more. Also not happy that I was expected to run the stove at full blast for 4 hours to burn off the log fumes when the gas costs over £50 for a refill. The logs should come primed and ready for use. Other than that the stove performs as expected, and we are happy with our purchase.
