I have refused to accept the heater on delivery because, I did contact Calor Gas to cancel the order.
I have emailed the team informing them of the request to cancel. The said it is too late.
I completed the returns form on the 12th January 2024 and sent it to Returns Department.
I have been waiting to receive the refund and dod email Jonathan I Returns Department. This over a week and they have not responded.
Please ask me to complete this review on receipt of my £171.00
