First delivery of gas fire was damaged. Customer services performed with commendable speed to provide collection and then delivery of a replacement. It might be better in future to put a 'Fragile', 'This way up' and 'Do not drop' labels on the outer packaging for such fires. Fire is now performing well in the conservatory.
