Product did not work out of box . Phoned and told to try in bathroom we have quite a few dehumidifiers as I am a property company . A week later I had a label printed for a collection but no collection had been arranged . The return info said I would hear by 11/7/21. . I purchased this in 29th June 21 . This customer service for a new item out of the box not to work is not acceptable . I have now paid for another one for delivery on the same day as the revised collection . I will then wait for a credit of faulty one . I hope I don’t pay 2 delivery charges and 2 credit card supplements . I thought retailers were not allowed to charge a premium for a credit card . On the second one the credit card payment did not work so it was done manually .I do feel sorry for the staff for such a rubbish system , I was in retail for over 32 years and I would not like to be on the front line if this company !!!
