Ordered around 16-30 , item delivered at 10-30 next morning. That's what I call service. My purchase was an ElectricQ Air conditioner , which came just in time for the heatwave.It's neat and compact but struggles somewhat to do the job , advertised as quiet , it is relatively quiet compared to other similar machines , but still somewhat intrusive if say you are listening to the TV .However in relation to the price paid its OK. and kept us comfortable when the temperature was 34°C
