Very easy process from start to finish. Got message day before delivery with 2 hour slot then on the day driver phoned to say he was 10 mins away. They unpacked the fridge freezer and put it in place for me and explained to me why it should not be switched on for 4 hours to let the gases settle. They took away my old fridge freezer and all the packaging. I would recommend them and especially the delivery drivers very highly.
