Shipping was excellent with my goods arriving the next day. I was so impressed.
However when realising that what I had bought was not suitable I was incredibly frustrated to find out that they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
They only offer a store credits (less 20%) which for an online retail is terrible. It means I would not buy from them again whereas if they had a good returns policy I could have become a good customer. Not right.
