I love appliances online, have bought freezer, washing machine, and today I had new microwave delivered. I wouldn't go anywhere else, haven't had any problems with anything I've gotten from them, love that they remove old appliances, and packing boxes are taken away, thankyou Appliances Online, when I need anything else, will be coming straight to you, Janet Morrison.

Ordered a new Dyson vac for the very next day. The team gave me a two hour window in the morning and delivered it as smack bang within the window. Great communication, friendly driver and super fast next day free delivery. 5/5

I ordered my LG washing machine yesterday and it was delivered this afternoon. The delivery guys were very helpful. The machine was installed and the old one removed with the packaging. Very satisfied with the service.

The whole process of ordering my son’s new dryer, the subsequent emails to confirm when and what delivery times we would receive it were seamless. The delivery men unpacked it prior to install and went through the mechanics of how it operated. Well done to all that participated in the delivery of this purchase

Bought a heat pump dryer. It stopped working after a few weeks. That's a major fault and under consumer law I'm entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days. Now they're refusing a refund and want to assess, try fix, etc. Not acceptable. Don't waste your time, pay more go for a trusted seller.

I purchased a BBQ and natural gas conversion kit, only to find out the kit wasn’t compatible with the model. While the confusion may have stemmed from unclear product listings, I was shocked by how unwilling the company was to help resolve the issue. Despite explaining the situation and the added costs involved, they refused any exchange or support due to rigid return policies. As a professional builder, this was frustrating and embarrassing. Very disappointing outcome and poor customer care — I won’t be buying from them again.

Problems with the delivery and removal of fridges as per the service offered. Have had to reschedule 3x times - If you miss the one call from the driver, they move on very quickly. Not legendary service as per the logo in the drivers shirts!

Our fridge was meant to be delivered on Wednesday. The delivery people did not want to take it up the stairs with 2 men, so said they would return the next day with the fridge with 4 men. They did not return on Thursday (took the day off work for the delivery). I then called again I was promised it would be delivered on Friday (took another day off work). It was not. I called again and was promised that it would be delivered on Saturday. I am calling them again and have been told it will not be delivered again today after being promised and assured. We don’t need 4 men, 2 men or 1 man - whatever. We have a lift. We need a fridge. We have 6 people in our home without a fridge. We can carry it ourselves. This is the worst customer service we have ever received in our lives. You have lied to us for 4 days & cost me two days of work. We are still waiting for the fridge…. (4th-7th of June 2025)

I was SO happy with my experience with Applicances online. I am a 32 year old young female who lives alone so ordering a large appliances can sometimes feel like an overwhelming experience when it comes to handling larger appliances. The appliance online time were perfect from start to finish. They supported me in taking out my old washing machine, placed my new washing machine in with 0 stress as well as plugged it in! How great is that! Thank you SO much appliance online. I will be back and ordering with you all again. Gloria x

Untrustworthy installation, awaiting 3rd attempt. 28 April Put in an order for an oven, where they confirmed installation on the 2nd May. 29 April they then cancelled on me and rebooked me for the 8th May. 8th May 7am, was awake waiting for the guy, there was no knock or doorbell ring. Apparently they came and even sent the head office a picture of my front door. They did give me a missed call but my phone was not on me. I am now booked for the 19th May. Totally untrustworthy and be careful if you book them for a gas install. With the same company, I also got a fridge delivered. He sent a sms with tracking of his location and also knocked on the door. I now have to give up 1 more days of wages, which makes two days wages lost. Totally not worth it to save $100

Bosch front load washing machine failed in just over 10 months. It is still under manufacturers warranty and after nearly three weeks I still have yet to be contacted by Bosch or their preferred repairer. Neither answer calls. Appliances online are very apologetic but that's all - the issue has not been resolved and I have an hours drive to get to the closest laundromat and then an hour to return home. We have bought lots pf appliances from them over the years but would not recommend them again due to the appalling after sales service!!!!

I ordered a Miele dishwasher on 2nd April 2025 and after several phone calls was promised delivery on Tuesday 15th April. I rang Miele and asked when my dishwasher was delivered and the confirmed It was delivered to AO on 4th April. A bit of a shock. AO finally admitted my dishwasher had been given to the wrong customer. Well it’s Tuesday 25th April and AO still can't give me a delivery date. After some research I found this company is owned by the Winning Group For all that companies corporate promises - problem solving etc. I can only say that my experience to date has been extremely disappointing. They have my money and I still don’t know when I’ll get my dishwasher

I recently purchased a Westinghouse refrigerator from Appliances Online on Saturday 12/04/2025. I’m thoroughly impressed with their delivery service! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The website was easy to navigate, making it simple to choose the right fridge for my needs. Once I placed my order, I received timely updates on the delivery status, so I knew exactly when to expect my new appliance. At the end of the day, you can find a good deal anywhere however you can’t find such an impressive customer service anywhere, starting from Ben in the customer service over the phone to the delivery team. Rod and Dakota arrived right on time, and they were incredibly professional. They handled my refrigerator with care and ensured it was set up properly in my kitchen. They also took the time to explain the setup process and answered any questions I had about the fridge. What really stood out to me was their high communication level, politeness and attention to details, They even moved the old refrigerator away, which saved me a ton of hassle. The whole process was efficient and the team was friendly, respectful, cheerful and accommodating. I highly recommend Appliances Online for anyone in need of a new refrigerator or other appliances. Their delivery service is top-notch, and the convenience they offer is unmatched. I’ll definitely be coming back for future appliance purchases! A very special big THANK YOU Rod and Dakota 🙏

Purchased a washing machine 5 months ago. Came fast took my old washing machine away. Paid for extra to have installed guys dumped in box and left. So I had to put together myself (all good). Fast forward 2 week ago - washing machine becomes faulty, enquire online service was incredible received a phone call from warranty provider. Have spoken to SEVEN different people all with different stories. First being job accepted local technician will call by tomorrow to organise to come see and fix machine. No call so rang a few days later to be told I need to wait minimum 7 days for parts to be ordered in… but they haven’t even viewed the machine and problem yet. Received a phone call today saying no longer making parts so to ring appliances online to organise refund/replacement. Rang had the rudest customer service answer the phone. Put me on hold for 7 min then answered again like he was answering another call… fumbling his words telling me I need to wait 48 hours to receive confirmation then I need to call back and sit in line on wait times for an hour. I hope it’s just a once off and I had a bad experience but I won’t be using them again. Especially when you pay for a service you expect communication and not rudeness.
