The buying process and delivery were good however my phone number was inundated with spam calls withing an hour of buying from their website. Customer service was very unhelpful and kept talking over me while repeating that it could not have come from their system. The number is over 20 years old. My other phone number that I use for all my usual online purchases has also never had an issue with spam calls.

First & only time. Never again I received my TV and mount after battling the online store - recommended mounts were out of stock. The delivery process a nightmare and the soundbar was on backorder and subsequently discontinued - that's right after I placed the order for it. I question their inventory management & business practices as they appear to be selling items that aren't available.

Purchased a dryer in July this year, it stopped working after approx 6 weeks. Had only used about 6 times?? requested a replacement but was told they only replace if within 14 days. Then had to make a warranty claim through a third party. Waited several days for technician to inspect the dryer and he confirmed a faulty control board. He requested a replacement instead of repair but was denied by third party (Tempo) Further phone call to Appliances Online who again flicked pass to third party. And you can guess how much fun it was communicating with off shore call centre. Seller should be responsible when selling poor quality product?? If you purchase from Appliances online hopefully nothing goes wrong. Now 6 weeks without a dryer we purchased new. Innacurate techical advice and lazy customer service I purchased the product and installation in advance and waited two weeks for the technician to come install a rangehood. Once arrived, he quickly told me the distance between the stove and rangehood doesn't meet the regulation so he couldn't do it and offered to retrofit the kitchen for additional quote. I told him and the call team multiple times that our house is 15 years old and that these new rules don't apply. They wouldn't listen and were quick to reject and ignore me! When they finally sent me the regulation document, the required distance was 60cm which is what we have. So they wasted my time by not even botheting to check the doc and providing a wrong advice, which caused so much stress trying to convence someone who don't want to listen . They obviously have no legislation knowledge for their own products and don't want to take the time investigate or enquire. Lazy and frustrating customer service and technical team lacks knowledge and expertise.

Ordered 2 items Friday afternoon requested delivery Monday was delivered Monday morning excellent service.Delivery guys were friendly and professional nothing was a problem.Set up new appliances and took away old appliances and rubbish. Used this company 4 times now Highly recommend

My fridge broke ordered before midday for same day delivery after being told it could be delivered but after paying was then told it could not be same day!! Payed $ 75.00 for delivery before 9 am next day , it is now 10.42 am and still no fridge . Staff on phone were lovely but kept telling me they could not contact the driver !! so could not tell me when it would arrive !!! Driver just called he is will be here in 20 could not care and barley spoke english . Disappointing experience . Have bought before from appliances online and never had an issue Yvette

Ordered Friday, delivered on Saturday.exactly the time they promised .took away the big old fridge, installed the new one. I am so happy with appliances on line can’t fault them. Thank you guys 👏👏👏

Sep 2025 - Delivery arrived beautifully, but product was slightly off in colour from supplier (not appliances online). Contacted Appliances online and within 24hours all was fixed. Great to deal with especially from Krishelle. She really resolved and assisted all the way! Great to deal with!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a cooktop and then an oven, service was first class,bearing that in mind I then ordered an oven for my daughter, that's when it turned into a total disaster. First the oven wouldn't fit,( so I was told,it wasn't till later that I found out not all of their fitters are capable of making slight adjustments to the cabinet )ordered a different oven to be met with delay after delay,lost the order,van broke down,then when the new oven was fitted it had a damaged control knob,trying to get a warranty became very difficult, fitter was sick,fitters wife had a baby,was supposed to be repaired last week put off till tomorrow 10th Sept now the excuses start again fitter sick won't be able to fit a new switch until the 19th, we will see.

Seamless process from ordering to delivery (Melbourne). Communication was great, changes to my delivery preference was noted and acted upon. Drivers/installers were fantastic - polite, helpful and professional. My washing machine works, was installed correctly. Highly recommend and have had others agree that their experiences with Appliances Online have been great too.

Buyer Beware. We bought a new dishwasher and paid $210 gor installation on top of purchase price thinking it would be efficient. The so-called "Handy Crew" who delivered it and was supposed to install it, as arranged, was evidently inexperienced. If it's not a wheel in, hook up a couple of pipes plug it in and go, then forget it. It was a bit tricky I admit, but when he asked if we could "get a builder" in to remove our sink and we'll come back another time we knew it was game over. He also said our tap was leaking and to get a new one. The swearing was another thing! He was the most unenthusiastic "tradesman" I've ever encountered. He shrugged and left. We then called our own plumbers who came and hooked it up within half an hour which was an added expense. I've since emailed AO but of course have had no response.

I bought a dishwasher from Appliances Online, they pushed only expensive models, and I had to find an affordable one myself. I paid for installation on July 25th, only to get a sudden confirmation for July 28th. No explanation, no callback. Then the installer randomly showed up on the 25th, I had to scramble to get someone there. Next morning, my kitchen was flooded. I had to pay for a plumber and cleaner to fix their mess. I’ve been chasing them for days and their customer service is useless. $210 installation, zero accountability. No compensation offered. The dishwasher ended up costing me double. Stay away, shop at The Good Guys or Bing Lee instead.

Shocking service. Paid for same day delivery. Didn't show up. Didn't call. Finally called them at 5pm to fi d they'd forgotten to pit it on the truck for delivery. Promised delivery the next day, only to have them fail to turn up again. Tried to call but then the lies start. Saying they attempted delivery. I'll never understand why customer service agents feel compelled to lie. Either way, I end up with lost wages one day, ruined weekend the next day, and guests sleeping on the floor. Useless. Utterly... useless.
