I thought I had adequately reviewed this company, I have since seen many negative reviews unfortunately. I rang the company before I made the purchase and the saleslady Ruby promised quick delivery after she put me on hold, and spoke to her Manager for supposed confirmation of an earlier delivery date. The problem was the website said delivery, and set up ,could not be done till October 7. The item is for an expensive, but I thought quality, exercise bike. She suggested that if I made immediate payment, forwarded her the receipt, a confirmation email would be sent by her, and she would then ensure delivery in the next few days as it was in stock nearby. Nothing has since been communicated to me or delivered despite being informed I would immediately be emailed or contacted about an earlier date. They obviously lied to obtain my money at an y cost, and have not responded to phone calls or emails, so I am now waiting for eventual delivery. The probability is the item will arrive as we reopen gyms anyway! Can't believe I was so gullible thinking that companies would be helpful in this Covid crisis, when we are all concerned with maintaining our health and finances. Just to make a buck! I am a nurse who trusts and care for others every day, believing people to be reliable. What a joke! I will let you know about the outcome but it does not look like it will be soon.
