Someone asked why they had terrible reviews here - because they manage their reviews else where and when things go fine, they go fine. When they go wrong, you spend the better part of 2 weeks without a washing machine and being told that it is the manufacturer who is delaying repairs and avoiding giving you a contact number or reference number for the manufacturer, who when you actually manage to contact (with the useless number they palmed you off with) you discover that
1. they haven't put in the claim
2. that the manufacturer is not experiencing delays
3. that the manufacturer can have a repair person out next day.
