A warning for others planning on using this company. If your product is not in stock then you face some pretty terrible customer service.
- Ordered fridge in March with ETA for delivery in May.
- 3 days before delivery, advised they have no ETA on delivery, but still selling the product online with an ETA.
- Could not offer any compatible replacement product i.e. offered another fridge if I pay an extra $350 that requires plumbing, whereas the original did not, or offered another fridge with a $25 discount on the marked price but I still need to pay another $350. I asked for alternative fridges and they couldn't be bothered looking.
- Customer service personnel had no interest in fixing the situation and just talked over the top of me.
