I ordered my fridge on Thursday with delivery requested for Saturday. 7.00am a text msg stating they would be arriving in 1 hour 7.30am a call letting me know they would be arriving in 30 mins. The delivery guys, Brad and partner, did not complain once about the steps (64 in total). Can't recommend highly enough.
