Ordered a coffee machine for our company and paid for it upfront. The coffee machine did not arrive on the due date. I have called on 5 separate occasions and spoken to 5x different employees - they all give different answers.
I have subsequently requested a refund .... Hopefully they can at least do this in a more prompt fashion.
This was my 1st and last time I'll be using this company.
THEY ARE USELESS!
