Used to love Appliances Online- fast delivery, good prices blah blah. But they don’t mention that when a product sucks (even if you buy a ‘good’ brand like Sharp)- all you hear from them is crickets. I called so many times and got different answers. Finally they informed me that the microwave only had a 1yr warranty and because it’s 1.5yrs old- there’s nothing they can do. Honestly- how do AO not give a consumer guarantee??
Ridiculous.
Will never buy from them again- got a $100 microwave from Big W with a 2yr warranty!
No brainer.
