Unbelievably inept and the worst customer service ever. I ordered a stove that was in stock, waited all day for delivery, not to hear anything from them. I called and they advised that the stove was missing. The next day, I was told that the stove was infact damaged and they couldn't deliver. Refund processed. The next day I ordered a different stove from them, 5 in stock according to their site. Received confirmation of delivery the night before. On the day of delivery, a phone call early in the morning advising that the stock was damaged and it wouldn't be delivered. When I asked the caller "are you serious" he laughed and said yes!!! will never buy from them again and don't recommend them at all.
